What we do
We provide high-speed WIFI access to guests. A self-enclosed ground-floor two-bedroom apartment featuring a fully-outfitted kitchen, living/dining room combo plus one bath. For your health, we have a gym and pool for exercise plus we provide a drinking water dispenser. For your comfort, we have a standby generator, an onsite well, and water tanks. For your safety, we have 24/7 security and an electric fence. We have onsight managers and dedicated staff to serve.

The space
This ground floor two bedroom apartment is located on the same property with several others. It is in the back corner of the house, with a separate entrance from the house compound to the apartment. The kitchen window faces the side of the property and the bedrooms face the back of the property which makes them very quiet at night. In addition to this unit we have a total of six listings available on this property: five x one bedrooms/one bathroom apartments, as well as our own three bedroom 3.5 bathroom home which we lease when we are not in Ghana. There are long term tenants occupying the other 10 apartments on the property. The high ceilings and large windows provide a bright and cheerful environment. You are steps away from the pool deck.

Guest access
Guests have their own apartment, the outdoor pool, the outdoor seating, the gym and the garden.

Other things to note
Well lit street parking is available for free. We have installed Fiber Internet Access, and each apartment has its own WIFI Router. The WIFI speed is extremely fast.
